Phil has almost a decade of dedicated experience in high-end residential projects, from extensions, and refurbishments of historic structures, to bespoke one-off homes. Margherita accomplished many years of practice being involved in big residential and commercial projects, chiefly focussed on their technical delivery in BIM format. She enjoys producing technical details by researching creative solutions that can best deliver design intentions. As a project coordinator, she engaged with an interdisciplinary approach to design up to using environmental certification systems, such as LEED, WELL and BREEAM.
